Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
